Your details, kept simple
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Bloom & Brew Café ("we," "us") runs this site to share news about our Bellflower opening. This page explains what we collect when you join our list, and how we look after it. We keep it short because we keep it small.
What we collect
When you fill in our "Join the list" form, we collect the first name and email address you give us. Our form is handled by Netlify Forms, which also records basic technical details (like your IP address) to filter spam. That's all — we don't ask for payment or run accounts on this site.
How we use it
We use your name and email for one thing: to send you opening news and the occasional seasonal note from the café. Nothing more.
Who we share it with
Your details sit with the services that help us run the list — Netlify (which hosts the form) and the email tool we use to send updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add simple, privacy-friendly visitor counts later, they won't identify you personally.
Your choices
You can leave the list at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or just email us and we'll remove you. If you'd like to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
California residents
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may request access to, or deletion of, your information by contacting us below.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until we close the list.
Children
This site and our list aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
